the only problem with fans like thease are that the fans are blowing the hot air on to the motherboard / ram maybe i can switch the +&- to change the air direction

No you can't, the fans work one way only and the blades are optimized for that direction of spin. Even if you get to reverse it, you'll just end up hearing a lot of noise for almost no movement of air.
The ram and mosfets really just need some kind of air flow to keep cool, this heatsink along with a few other blow-down designs are more than enough.

Since i failed on the first post.... i forgot to add that with work, you could flip the fan over.
