wtf are you talking about? this is frame by frame flash, he redraws the flash every frame, lol your soo stuppiid Even I have trouble keeping my flashes the same, so you copy and paste each part of the stickman or something and move only like hands and arms.

yes there is a way.. coy the frame and then edit it if you want something else move in it...
