OMG THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!! i am so happy because of your video i unbricked my ipod touch. I worked for me on my 2nd try. YEAHH!! i had version 2.0 before it got bricked and then when i did what ur vid said it did update to version 2.2 =)

it wont sync up with itunes but it says ipod in recovey mode DFU usb driver...in the computer management

i have a problem, i just updated my itouch to 2.2. i tried turning on my itouch afterwards, but it doesnt boot, instead it shows a picture of a man saying something in russian any help?

yeah i had that problem i fucking freaked...and shit my pants.
just keep hard reset it and keep pressing the restore button,if there is an error just redo it it will restore eventually.
the guy speaking russian is just a replacment for the connect to itunes logo.
i learned my lesson ,never jailbreak it again
